Keith Brown began his real estate career in 1981 as an asset manager for large international real estate company in Washington DC.  He was responsible to oversee the leasing and management of over 1 million square square feet of office and retail space. In 1983 he took over an “under-performing” portfolio, reorganized the maintenance, operations and marketing plan to increase the occupancy from 55% to 92%  In 1985, Keith assumed duties as the Senior Asset Manager for another locally based, international portfolio of office buildings and shopping centers located around the country. Later he become President of a real estate investment company in northern Virginia with a portfolio of 3.2 million square fee to office buildings in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Keith has been President and founding principal of REACS, Inc. since 1990.  He is active in the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, (NAIOP), Building and Office Management Association (BOMA), and the Institute of Real Estate Management. (IREM). Keith is licensed to practice real estate in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Personal: Keith is a long-time resident of the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area and currently resides in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He is an active member of the Optimist Club of Bethesda and has been a volunteer coach for youth sports for Montgomery County and the City of Rockville.


Steve Anderson began his real estate career in 1982 as a property manager for a large local residential management company. He was responsible for the management of residential condominiums, homeowners associations and cooperatives. His portfolio consisted of over 3,000 residential units.

In 1984, Steve took his construction and management skills to a Washington DC based commercial real estate developer.  He assumed a portfolio of shopping centers located in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Virginia and Maryland. These shopping centers included existing and newly developed properties. He was also responsible for the supervision of the renovation of shopping centers in Atlanta and Florida.

In 1986, Steve joined a small, local real estate development company as Vice President. While there, he was responsible for the complete organization and establishment of the Property Management and Leasing division. During his tenure the property management portfolio had increased by over 300%.

In 1990, Steve became a founding Principal and Executive Vice President of Real Estate Audits and Consulting Services, Inc. (REACS, Inc.) With REACS, Steve became responsible for the oversight and development of the commercial property portfolio. Specifically, he is responsible for all brokerage activities and marketing. His broad experience in construction, management and brokerage services has proved to be an invaluable asset to REACS, Inc. as well as to our clients.

Steve is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia, Maryland, and is also a Certified Property Manager (CPM). He has active membership in Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce, Dulles Area Chamber of Commerce, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and Building Owners Management Association (BOMA).

Personal: Steve is a life-long resident of Northern Virginia and currently resides in Herndon. He has been active in his local community as a church volunteer/trustee, and as a volunteer coach or board member with Herndon Optimist Youth Sports.
