All of our management contracts are under the direct supervision of our principals. Both are Certified Property Managers (CPM’s) with combined commercial real estate experience of over 50 years. REACS, Inc. operates these properties on behalf of third-party investors and institutional owners as well as property owner associations. We do believe in prompt, efficient and cost-effective maintenance of our properties. Frequent inspections by our property managers are an expectation to ensure quality services.
