Steve Anderson began his real estate career in 1982 as a property manager for a large local residential management company. He was responsible for the management of residential condominiums, homeowners associations, and cooperatives. His portfolio consisted of over 3,000 residential units.

In 1984, Steve took his construction and management skills to a Washington DC-based commercial real estate developer.  He assumed a portfolio of shopping centers located in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Virginia, and Maryland. These shopping centers included existing and newly developed properties. He was also responsible for the supervision of the renovation of shopping centers in Atlanta and Florida.

In 1986, Steve joined a small, local real estate development company as Vice President. While there, he was responsible for the complete organization and establishment of the Property Management and Leasing division. During his tenure, the property management portfolio had increased by over 300%.

In 1990, Steve became a founding Principal and Executive Vice President of Real Estate Audits and Consulting Services, Inc. (REACS, Inc.) With REACS, Steve became responsible for the oversight and development of the commercial property portfolio. Specifically, he is responsible for all brokerage activities and marketing. His broad experience in construction, management, and brokerage services has proved to be an invaluable asset to REACS, Inc. as well as to our clients.

Steve is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia and Maryland. He has active memberships in Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce, Dulles Area Chamber of Commerce, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and Building Owners Management Association (BOMA).

Personal: Steve is a life-long resident of Northern Virginia and currently resides in Herndon. He has been active in his local community as a church volunteer/trustee, and as a volunteer coach or board member with Herndon Optimist Youth Sports.
