Keith Brown began his real estate career in 1981 as an asset manager for a large international real estate company in Washington DC.  He was responsible to oversee the leasing and management of over 1 million square feet of office and retail space. In 1983 he took over an “under-performing” portfolio, reorganized the maintenance, operations, and marketing plan to increase the occupancy from 55% to 92%  In 1985, Keith assumed duties as the Senior Asset Manager for another locally based, international portfolio of office buildings and shopping centers located around the country. Later he becomes President of a real estate investment company in northern Virginia with a portfolio of 3.2 million square fee to office buildings in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Keith has been President and founding principal of REACS, Inc. since 1990.  He is active in the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, (NAIOP), Building and Office Management Association (BOMA), and the Institute of Real Estate Management. (IREM). Keith is licensed to practice real estate in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

Personal: Keith is a long-time resident of the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area and currently resides in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He is an active member of the Optimist Club of Bethesda and has been a volunteer coach for youth sports for Montgomery County and the City of Rockville.
