Chris Harold has a variety of experience in property management, asset management, and development. His career started in 2012 at one of the most respected residential property management firms in the Washington D.C. market, as part of a team that managed over 700 units, before transitioning into a role managing class A retail and office assets with CBRE.

Later, as a member of one of the top wireless tower developers in the mid-Atlantic, he played a key role in the successful design, entitlement, and construction of over 80 wireless tower assets. He was responsible for the asset management division of this company for four years, before leading the 15-person team to execute the company’s overall real estate development program for another two years as the Director of Operations and Vice President.

Chris acted as the Chief Process Officer for a start-up DC multifamily developer, creating the project management and financial systems to successfully manage over a dozen multifamily development projects, before moving into a role as the VP of Finance for Chambers Theory Property Management. He has acted in consulting roles for various property management and real estate development companies, helping improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University. He is licensed as a real estate broker in Washington D.C. and Virginia, has earned his PMP designation from the Project Management Institute, and holds a Real Estate Development Finance certification from NAIOP. He is a member of the Project Management Institute, the National Association of Realtors, the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and the Urban Land Institute.
